The Fraudshield Account can be canceled at any time by the account owner.


To do so access the Billing Menu under Organization, and once inside the Subscription tab click on Cancel Subscription.



If you do decide to cancel, we urge you to contact us at support@24metrics.com first and let us know why that is, as we might be able to help. Otherwise we are very sorry to see you leave.


Once canceled, account access will be closed, any integrations from our side will be disabled and data will be removed shortly. Please make sure to also stop any running integrations with Fraudshield from your side as well.
