Why is Fraudshield returning Error Code 401?

If you receive the following error when trying to load Fraudshield:
{"code":401,"message":"Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect"}
please make sure to change the address you are trying to access from:
https://fraudshield.24metrics.com/app#/dashboard
to
https://fraudshield.24metrics.com/
