The CSV format will sometimes, depending on your Computer settings, open all the data in one column.
When you open the file, select the entire column, then go to: Data > Text to Columns and select the delimiter, Comma or Semicolon, the data is split by, as shown in the picture below.
Alternatively, change your delimiter setting inside Fraudshield and download the file again.
